1 cup millet
2 pounds raw chuck roast, hamburger, or roaster chicken with skin
3 Tablespoons of Dr. Pitcairn Healthy powder (see recipe below)
Cook millet and the meat in 3 cups boiling water, simmer 20 to 30 minutes. When the millet and meat are finished cooking and are soft, stir in egg and the Healthy Powder ingredients.
Before feeding add 1 teaspoon, finely ground, fresh vegetable with each meal.

2 cups nutritional yeast
1 cup lecithin granules
1/4 cup kelp powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons (lead free tested) bonemeal or 9,000 mg calcium, or 5 teaspoons eggshell powder
1,000 mg vitamin C
10,000 International Units (IU) vitamin A
100 - 200 International Units (IU) vitamin E
500 milligrams taurine
Analysis: Yields 7 1/2 cups, at approximately 425 kilocalories per cup.
